- CHARTRES : The Cathedral and the Old Town (if you get a
- chance VISIT THIS CATHEDRAL - I'll probably annoy
- somebody by saying this, but, there is a very real sense
- of spirituality at Chartres that I have difficulty
- finding in a lot of our English cathedrals. Continuity
- of use helps ! - Chartres comes across not as a museum
- piece, but as a very living cathedral !
